I highly recommend visiting this location. Henry and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, making you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. They ensure that you are completely satisfied with your visit from beginning to end. The customer service is outstanding. Dr. Jiang is exceptional; she took her time and was very thorough in explaining the eye exam process. We never felt rushed at any point during our visit.

“Your Appointments” usually start 30-45min LATE but their enforced policy requires all patients to check in physically 30 min prior to your “appointment time” or else—your appointment is cancelled/no show/no treatment & a fee applies. Also, be aware IF patients fail to confirm an appointment 2-3 days before the appointment —it will be cancelled plus fee is applied (as stated by another reviewer, response). This location neglected to disclose upfront that it lacks standard diagnostic testing equipment needed & instead (during the long 1hour plus LATE wait) the front desk attempted to sell their glasses, scare “sell” (out of pocket, pay now) other NON standard diagnostic testing that is NOT covered by standard insurance without any exam nor justification to me, insurance. The doctor, their eyeglass selection are Ok (nice, high end brands). Good luck.

Dr. Elder was very pleasant and didn’t rush me and was incredibly smart, he really tried to get to know me, you can tell he cares about his patients and he’s a very warm and kind man. Oscar was great too super helpful and informative, great customer service skills. And the lady that did the scan for my eyes was very nice and friendly too she was sweet. Would highly recommend best eye place I’ve been to in a long time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Anderson for years and when he moved locations, I then have been seen by Dr. Eldridge. Henry in the shop takes PERSONAL pride in engaging with customers and it shows. He is personable, friendly and always willing to work with you. They take insurance and I have been a pay out of pocket customer for quite some time. I will go out of my way to see them vs any other optometrist or optometry store.

I've only ever had a positive experience for myself and my family. Dr. Elder and Henry are very professional and treat us with the best care. The frame options are plenty, the most difficult part of your visit will be making a decision!
