Dr. McKinney is great! She takes time to listen to all my concerns and makes sure all my questions are answered. She has a wonderful selection of glasses to choose from. Jackie makes sure to find the best glasses for you so you look your best! Her entire staff is welcoming and amazing! Highly recommend all my friends and family go here.
My family has been seeing Dr. Charlene Haynes since the 1990s, when she was at a different practice. When she opened her own office, we followed her and have been loyal patients ever since. We all thought the world of Dr. Haynes, so I wasn't sure what to expect after her retirement—but I couldn't have been more impressed. Dr. Anna McKinney was fantastic. She was personable, thorough, and made my visit a great experience. It was clear from the moment I walked in that the same first-class culture and patient care continue under her leadership. A special thank you to Jackie, the office manager, who has been with Dr. Haynes since the very beginning. She has always been incredibly helpful, especially when it comes to picking out frames. I never know what to choose, and I trust her judgment completely. I also had the chance to meet several other members of the team today, and although I didn't catch everyone's name, every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. The entire staff is top-notch. I will continue recommending this practice to anyone looking for an outstanding eye doctor. A great place to get an eye exam and glasses. Dr. McKinney is wonderful and provides a thorough examination and excellent patient interaction, and obvious sincere care. Jackie does a wonderful job helping you pick out your new glasses. The staff are professional, kind and courteous.
Love Dr. McKinney and all her staff. She is very thorough as well as personable. I know I am in great hands when I arrive and never leave without all my questions answered and glasses I know look great on me with the correct prescription and adjustment.
