I have been a patient with Dimond Vision since it opened many years ago. Dr. Dobson and Dr. Kjome were the best doctors and they ran an excellent office. They had the best techs and office folks. I'm not sure what's going on with this new clinic, but after Dr. Kjome left it started to decline. It took me 3 weeks to even put in a contact order because nobody answers the phone or returns messages. Even with a call to the office manager. The only way I could put in an order was to go down there in person. I'm sad to say that after all these years, 25+ years, I'm tapping out at Dimond Vision. Do better guys.

Had a great experience here! Taylor was very friendly and helpful in scheduling over the phone. I have seen both Dr. Dobson and Dr. Sundet who were knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Patricia helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and spent a lot of time making sure I picked a pair that fit me and got an affordable price. Wonderful staff and would absolutely recommend!
I would like to disagree with fritzies review. I have had both Dr.Ridgeway and Chelsie in this clinic and they have both been very helpful. Dr.Ridgeway is very thorough and listens to every concern I have. He is very understanding and efficient in the work he does. Chelsie has adjusted my glasses multiple times and does a wonderful job. I was in the office to witness this event.maybe you had a bad day, but that’s not an excuse to yell at the people trying to help you.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ UPDATE I am updating my review after a previous negative experience because exceptional customer service and patient care deserve recognition. Aurora, the General Manager, personally reached out to address my concerns and worked hard to restore my confidence in the clinic. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to patient satisfaction completely changed my experience. I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Sundet, and I cannot say enough positive things about my visit. Although he is a younger doctor, he is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and impressive in his approach to patient care. He was welcoming, patient, and never made me feel rushed. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood every step of the process. What impressed me most was that he did not simply tell me that contacts and glasses are different. He took the time to explain why they are different in a detailed yet easy-to-understand way. For years, I wondered why my multifocal glasses were nearly perfect while I struggled to find the right multifocal contact lens prescription. Dr. Sundet carefully explained the science behind it and helped me understand the trade-offs between distance and near vision. Thanks to his expertise and attention to detail, I now have a contact lens prescription that allows me to read comfortably without the blurry vision I was experiencing before. More importantly, I finally understand the reasoning behind the prescription and what realistic expectations should be with multifocal contacts. As a healthcare professional myself, this is exactly the kind of doctor I want caring for me and my family—knowledgeable, compassionate, attentive, and committed to educating his patients rather than simply giving answers. Thank you, Aurora and Dr. Sundet, for turning a disappointing experience into such a positive one. WORST EYE CARE DECISION I HAVE MADE IN 16 YEARS‼️ I chose Dimond Vision Clinic because it was closer to my home and hoped to establish care there after many years with my previous eye doctor. Unfortunately, switching to this clinic was one of the most disappointing eye care decisions I have made in over 16 years. I came to this clinic for a multifocal contact lens fitting and attended multiple follow-up visits because I was having difficulty with my reading vision. I repeatedly explained to Dr. Ridgeway that the prescribed lenses were not providing adequate reading clarity, but I felt my concerns were not being heard or taken seriously. During my second visit, I felt discouraged when Dr. Ridgeway stated there was little more he could do to help with my multifocal concerns before fully discussing my experience with the trial lenses. I did not feel that my feedback as a patient was valued, and I left several appointments feeling frustrated rather than supported. He ordered Acuvue Oasys Max Multifocal lenses for me to try, and I was told I would be contacted when they arrived so my vision could be re-evaluated. However, after multiple visits, trial lenses, and discussions about my difficulty reading, I still did not receive a multifocal contact lens prescription that worked properly for both distance and near vision. When I returned today because I was still unable to see clearly for reading, I felt my concerns continued to be dismissed rather than addressed. By the end of the process, I was so frustrated that I simply accepted the prescription provided because I felt I was getting nowhere. The customer service experience was equally disappointing. My interaction with Chelsea assisting with glasses were unfriendly, unwelcoming. A simple greeting, smile, and willingness to help would have made a huge difference. As a healthcare professional myself, I understand that not every treatment or fitting works perfectly the first time. My disappointment comes from feeling unheard throughout the process and leaving without a satisfactory resolution despite multiple visits and repeated attempts to communicate my concerns.
After over 25 years, I'm done with Dimond Vision. Clinic The new owners have ruined what was once, a fantastic clinic. It took two days to book an appointment due to their awful phone tree, which will NEVER get you an actual person. Prices have gone up over 50% in one year and I was charged $60 for a contact fitting fee but I've worn the same contacts for over 15 years. However, Dr. Ridgeway was excellent and the only reason they get two stars instead of one.
