I went in on a Saturday morning to get my eyeglasses adjusted. I was greeted right away with a friendly smile. Gino was able to replace a screw and straighten the bracket that holds the screw. He got them nice and straight in my face. Which is hard to do with my uneven ears. And he’d complimented my amazing nails🥰 thanks Gino
I stopped by because my sunglasses needed some adjustments, and I was absolutely blown away by the service! Gino helped me out, and he was incredibly kind and meticulous. He took the time to make sure everything fit perfectly. The most amazing part? I actually bought these sunglasses from a different store in the same mall, but Gino still provided top-notch service and didn't even charge me for it. Truly outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back
Went in just to browse as I have been looking for new glasses. Gino helped me tremendously. Walked me through different styles and made sure to help me fully understand the deals that they could offer. He even cleaned and adjusted my current glasses free of charge. Outstanding experience!
A staff named Gino was an incredible help to the point he can be called a magician or miracle work! He adjusted my absolutely wrecked glasses and made them straight again! He and the LensCrafters as Dimond were phenomenal and I got the best service here compared to anywhere else even its partner location on Muldoon Road. Best part? IT WAS COMPLETELY FREE! Honestly this will be my new go-to spot for glasses check ins. Thank you LensCrafters and Gino for your amazing help ☺️
I was at the Dimond mall and stopped in on a whim. Gino was AMAZING! He answered all of my questions and took the time to adjust my glasses to perfection! I am so glad my family has decided to use LensCrafters! They are affordable, knowledgable and caring.
