Making an appointment was easy, however like many of the other reviews say, there is not a licensed optometrist on site. I made an appointment for a serious eye problem I had and was unable to get it looked at. It's great if you need the basic eye exam/prescription! The tech I was being helped by was very nice and stayed late to make sure I got my glasses the same day. He gets 5/5 stars!
Kelsey was very welcoming & helped me get an appointment during the time it worked for me. She gave me every option to choose from & let me know the meaning behind every choice. Great customer service all through out the floor of Stanton optical. I definitely would recommend coming here. I’ve been coming here since 2019 & choose to come back for every new pair of glasses I need to get
So, I've been here twice in the last few years. Both times were a pleasant experience. However the behind the scenes stuff is where its weird. They also didnt even bother checking my insurance that i thought they did. After reviwing insurance after, it shows nothing was applied. They didnt or can't give you your new test score. I never saw it, or got a paper. They didnt go over anything of what I was getting with it. Got the glasses and they are ni e and work but the company is weird. The customer service is phenomenal, every single person is nice and pleasant to talk with, its just they dont go into whats needed for you and it feels like they are doing their part to the company's requirements and that's it. The Facetiming eye exam is odd but doable. This last gal that did mine was very flat in the answer s and telling me what to do. The 3 pairs I have gotten from them are great but the rest of whatever is going on there needs a work. My opinion though
I highly recommend this optical office for their efficient and friendly service. The entire process was seamless, and the staff was very welcoming. Kelsey, in particular, was fantastic—she patiently walked us through our insurance coverage and made sure all of our questions were answered. We will definitely be returning.
Kelsey was very patient, kind, and EXTREMELY helpful! I just got new insurance and she helped attach it to my account, explained what the different things meant, and calculated prices for the frames and lenses. When I couldn’t decide which frames to try on Kelsey offered to pick some out with me. After looking through the ones we both chose, I ultimately decided to get a cute pair that she picked out!! I am very satisfied with my visit and how much money I spent!
