Walmart Vision Center

Patricia was a wonderfully kind and patient technician. I ended up not buying eyeglasses because Walmart would not take my Aetna insurance but they made a good effort to insure I my case was handled correctly. Nice store, good selection of frames and the customers seemed to be getting good professional and personal help. I will return when my insurance becomes acceptable.

Matt and Patricia are the best! They saved the day and were able to get my daughter her contacts last minute before her flight. I cannot say enough about their efficiency dealing with the situation. I will definitely be back to see them!!

Great staff, clean amenities, wonderful equipment, Dr. Julie and team took time out of their lives to wait for me as I'm passing through town, made last sec appointment and they made it happen! 5 star experience! Matthew, the optometrist had the unique challenge of fixing up my old glasses by reattaching new frames after I accidentally sat on them. He was able to fix them up before my flight out of ANC, only took about 30 mins for such a delicate operation which was perfect for me! Service with a smile and an incredibly friendly atmosphere. For new or old glasses repair, I will definitely be returning! Thanks again Matthew and your team!

I needed glasses, obviously, and I went to the Walmart Vision Center on Old Seward. I walked in and both Matthew and Patti greeted me right away and they were incredibly helpful. They went over all the options that I could get with the pair of glasses I wanted, asked me what I do for work and recommended a pair of work glasses that are just perfect! Patti and Matthew were super friendly, listened to what I needed instead of just pushing the most expensive pair of glasses on me, and getting me out the door. Thanks Patti and Matthew! You both deserve a raise and a month long paid vacation!
