From the moment my son and I found this facility, we were met with exceptional hospitality and service. The entire experience was fantastic, and it's all thanks to the wonderful staff. I'd especially like to thank Rachel who was so patient and helpful with all of our questions during scheduling. When we arrived, Diana greeted us with a warm welcome and made us feel so comfortable. The team clearly has a genuine desire to help, and they made the entire process—from the eye exam to picking out new glasses—a pleasure. This was a truly outstanding experience from start to finish. We highly recommend them! Update 2026: I have kept coming back, and now I've had the pleasure of being styled by Dean and serviced by Faith. Let me just say no matter who you interact with here, you will be 100% taken care of! From their amazing & genuine customer service, to their conversation and on site lab; you'll never be disappointed! #samedayglasses

Dean Daniel’s is an AMAZING personal stylist. He spent time with me to really know my personality and fit with frames that were just so wonderful. In fact I bought two pair! Kudos to Direct Optique! I just love them!

The best customer service you’ll ever receive. All of them are so sweet but Diana and Faith are top tier. They will both never steer you wrong while picking frames and hype you up while doing it too:) Always my go to place for glasses!

I have been to this location multiple times for both contacts, glasses and sunglasses and I'm pleased everytime with the selection and service! The owner is so personable and today the salesperson Faith, my fellow Pisces, took very good care of my sunglass needs. She suggested multiple frames until we found the perfect pair! She was welcoming, knowledgeable and a joy to work with and talk to. Great job Direct Optical!

Dean, Alan, Diana, Mariana (spelling?) are caring and knowledgeable professionals! We had a positive experience at the Canton, MI location with them! Alan was patient and explained things. We were fully supported while choosing eyewear! It was a fun experience!
