My only regret is there are only FIVE stars!!! From the very first interaction, Dr. Lizyness and his staff were nothing but friendly, efficient, caring, kind, understanding, and professional. Extremely helpful and accommodating helped me sort out a mix-up between my new prescription lenses and my old/new frames and made sure everything went smoothly. The doctor is very friendly, takes the time to listen to all my concerns, and explains everything clearly. Highly recommend!
Dr Jay is the best! So polite and professional, he works quickly and efficiently while still maintaining a comfortable and relaxed environment. And he’s a very personable guy, great conversation! The ladies at the front desk were a huge help as well, they made sure my appointment went smoothly from start to finish. They also spent time helping me find frames that fit my face, with no pressure to purchase glasses. Looking forward to my next visit!
Dr. Lizyness is incredibly knowledgeable. When I got my glasses they didn’t feel quite right and he was quickly able to determine (at the same time that I went for my glasses pick up!) what was wrong. He did not hesitate to fix the problem. I cannot stress enough how wonderful of a provider he is!
I had my first visit today at Eye Definition as a new patient. The office was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and welcoming! Doctor Lizyness was very easygoing, approachable, and knowledgeable. I had a very efficient exam without feeling rushed. 10/10 will recommend to others looking in the area. Great patient management.
