Such an amazing experience with this group! The staff was so nice and helpful. Made switching to a new doctor easier than I expected. Dr Rau was very knowledgeable, thorough, explained things to where we could understand, and also made it an overall pleasant visit. They worked very well with our special needs daughter. Highly recommend this group.

Went to this location to get me in for my annual check up. I have been going to the LeaWood location for years, but will now be going here, because of how great Dr. Rau was! She listened and gave me great suggestions for dry eyes. Very pleasant doctor! 10 out 10! I will be going to Dr. Rau moving forward! My new favorite optometrist.
It was a great experience! I went to Overland Park location to schedule my appointment. They couldn’t get me in within my schedule for needing it for another Dr. appointment. The Customer service rep found me an appointment at their Kansas City, KS office, so no leg work on my part. At my appointment today, the appointment was very professional and painless. I was suffering with dry eyes and a dust mite infection in my eyes. I met with Dr. Jessica Hillner and she was excellent. She was very professional and nailed my diagnosis. She prescribed a prescription and it has cleared up quickly. I am very grateful for her.
