Dr. Dobbs was amazing and I never felt rushed or felt like I didn’t understand what he was going over. The office staff has some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. They were kind and welcoming and instantly calmed my nerves. 10/10 experience and will continue to recommend.

I have been a patient at Dobbs Eye Clinic for many years, and Dr. Chisum has always been incredibly kind and exceptional. The front desk staff has also been great. However, earlier this year, I had a negative experience with an optician technician who was quite rude and made condescending remarks while I was trying on glasses with my husband. Despite this incident, I will continue to visit Dobbs, but I believe the technician could benefit from developing more empathy towards patients.

Took both my girls here to get them some prescription reading glasses. During our visit my 11 year old daughter asked me why the lady at the front desk was giving me dirty looks. Not something you wanna hear from your 11 year old. They argued with me about my insurance since my name had changed, but the insurance number stayed the same. Anyways, we were waiting so long that I was certain they forgot about us in the room we were in. Both my girls were able to get the glasses they needed.
