Dr. Taylor examined my daughter yesterday. He was professional, thorough, and has a good sense of humor. Molly at the front desk was so kind to us. She helped my daughter with the paperwork and was very patient with my daughter as her vision was so poor. Leonard was absolutely amazing! He helped her select the perfect frames. They have a wonderful selection of frames to choose from. My daughter says the frames are very comfortable and look cute on her face. I highly recommend them.

I have been with Dr Taylor for years. Haven’t been there for couple years. My visit there 3-24-2026 was the worse visit that I’ve ever had. Started with when I checked in. Both receptions seemed to have their panties in a wod. I have my service dog with me and then they told me that I could not have her in there. One said that emotional support animal were not allowed in there. I advised them that I needed her. If you need optic help I would recommend finding another office of someone else. Go where they act like they appreciate your business. Go where the receptions don’t treat you like you don’t deserve to be in their presence. Worst business that I have ever been in!!!!!!!
I hadn't been to the eye doctor in 2 and 1/2 years. I need a new script in my glass and tried contacts for they first time. (They are not for me!) I called and told the office the contacts wasn't for me and asked if I could come get my glasses until my lens come in. They allowed me to do that but when I got there my lens had arrived. They hurried to get my glasses fixed, help me pick out a back up pair and even had the doctor to look at my eye which was irritated from the contacts. Look sorry short they were amazing and have help me in more ways than one!
The staff at Taylor optical are amazing. They go out of their way to try to help. I can't afford my contacts and I can't see to drive with glasses so they have given me 3 extra pair of contacts until I can save enough to get mine ordered. They are always very kind and understanding. My son doesn't have insurance so I have to pay for his appointment out of pocket also so she took the time to make sure I got an appointment close to a payday. I'll never go anywhere else
Very short wait. The Dr was so thorough and professional- and he really listened to the issues with my current glasses. I decided to go with contacts - I must say he perfected my lenses- I see better than ever and I’m so grateful for the attentive examination. The fees are very reasonable and I don’t have the greatest insurance but everything fit within my budget. Highly recommend Taylor Optical, the entire staff is very helpful and friendly-
