I had an excellent experience with Dr. Tiffany at Doral Wellness. From the very first moment, she made me feel comfortable and heard. She is very professional, kind, and takes the time to explain everything patiently and answer every question. The entire office staff was also very attentive, and the environment is clean and welcoming. Colene Francis was amazing! She was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. She took the time to answer my questions and provided excellent care. The office was clean, organized, and the staff was welcoming. I highly recommend Colene Francis and this practice to anyone looking for quality women’s healthcare.

My grandmother had a visit today and was being a bit much. Andrea, was busy but noticed that I was starting to become upset. She took it upon herself and decided to step in and help out. Which I really appreciated because it was to the point where I felt overwhelmed. I appreciate not only Andrea but the whole staff as well. My experience has been a10/10 and I would absolutely recommend!

The gyn service providers and staff have horrible communication and accountability. They lack communication and leave patient waiting for hours. They canceled my appointment without telling me while I was in the lobby waiting. If you do not ask what’s going on, they will have you waiting for hours and then try to tell you to wait longer. They have a wrong and strong attitude. It’s always something. I do not recommend.

I've had to visit this urgent care several times over the past month, and every experience has been positive. The reception staff and nurses were always kind, professional, and welcoming, even when I was feeling really unwell. A special thank you to Dr. King, who took my concerns seriously and was incredibly thorough throughout my care. I was dealing with a recurring throat infection that required multiple visits, and he never made me feel rushed or dismissed. He took the time to answer my questions, explain my test results, discuss different possibilities, and make sure I understood the plan moving forward. He listened, ordered appropriate testing, followed up on results, and genuinely seemed invested in helping me figure out what was going on. I'm very grateful for the care I received from Dr. King and the entire team. Hopefully I won't need urgent care again anytime soon, but if I do, this is absolutely where I'll go. :)
