So everything went great when I went there the first time but I asked about a contact fitting and Dr. Wong refused and then failed to inform me I needed to reschedule an appointment within 3 months or they’d charge me for a full exam plus their contact fitting fee. This essentially nullified my insurance benefits and they are now asking that I pay the full uninsured appointment cost, plus the contact fitting fee to do what should have been done months ago. Would not recommend

Friendly staff. DO Wong catches eye problems and also uses the eye photo technology. She refers to specialists when more in-depth issues are noticed. They also have a great selection of trendy, not so boring frames to try on. Roxanne makes sure your frames fit perfectly to your satisfaction.

i’ve had 2 exams done here and both times it’s been an easy, pleasant experience. exam was thorough, my benefits were explained in detail as well as my financial out of pocket. from scheduling to picking out and picking up frames my experience has been great. 1 week turnaround time for glasses pickup, love that! most definitely will recommend to friends and family

I had an 11am appointment today and they got me in and out very quickly while answering any questions I had. All staff were happy to help and I would highly recommend this place.

Great service, friendly staff and Roxanne will make sure glass frames have a perfect fit. Wife and I are return customers for years.
