I don’t usually leave reviews for clinics, but this one is an exception! They were able to fit me in last minute for an emergency exam and the doctor was so incredibly kind and personable. She even offered to come in on her off day to check up on my eye infection. I felt very safe and taken care of here!

Tens across the board! I was overdue for a vision exam and was able to easily book an appointment with Dr. Nguyen online. Dr. Anita Nguyen and her entire staff are not only the sweetest humans, but they’re thorough, intelligent and patient. She had the newest tech I have personally seen, which made the exam so much more in-depth than what I am normally used to! Our exam was so informative that it left me a little shocked thinking back on every other eye exam I’ve had in the past. This is the kind of doctor and place you want your entire family and community to see. She is thorough through and through, and I will never go anywhere else!

I had a wonderful experience at Northwest Family Eye Center! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The entire appointment was efficient, and everyone took the time to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor there, Anita was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. It's obvious that they truly care about their patients and providing excellent eye care. The office was clean, organized, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend Northwest Family Eye Center to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional customer service. I'll definitely be returning for my future eye exams!

Dr. Anita Nguyen and her team here are fantastic. I came here after multiple repeated issues with other providers to get glasses as I was starting to have some issues with certain things. She actually listened and found a solution that 3 others optometrist couldn't do. As a person that is on the computer all day and that does Photography my vision is very important to me. I was almost to the point of giving up and thinking I would just have to learn to adapt to a few things being harder to see. She took ownership of my situation and listened and cared to get me set up for the best solution of what I was needing and looking for. No exaggeration I came to her after already having dealt with 5 other glasses that had been ordered and not helpful to me. Some even gave me a headache. Her team and her did a true evaluation and consultation to find the best solution and prescription needed for me. I now after about 7 months of trying to get glasses and eye support and multiple glasses have been helped. I will be a loyal and supporting client for now on. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and supportive experience. I'd give over 5 Stars at this point if I could.

I stumbled across this clinic after my friend recommended I go in for a routine eye check up. Dr. Nguyen and staff was able to quickly check me in an exam. Additionally I was very impressed with how Dr. Nguyen was thorough and attentive, when it came to the eye exam and my results. I would definitely recommend anyone needing eye care or just a checkup to visit.
