Great experience overall! Their equipment is top of the line and the most advanced I have seen. Staff were very friendly. The location cannot be beat if you live or work downtown. I am able to schedule appointments and walk through the skyway during my lunch break. They also have a fantastic selection of frames. Highly recommend!
My first experience here was great! Easy to find once you reach the building, very cute and clean aesthetic, on time start, only took about 25 minutes for my annual eye exam, and friendly staff! Definitely recommend scheduling here. Give yourself a little extra time for parking as you may have to walk a couple blocks with meters.
Dr Zastrow and team has taken great care of my eye needs for many years. Special shoutout to Lauren who helped me pick new glasses. She knew what styles work best for me and helped me quickly find a pair that I like. I am very happy with the glasses and the level of service Downtown Eyes provides.

They have a wide selection of frames as well, every test, every exam is meticulously done and all options are presented to their patients. Downtown Eyes has been great to me! They communicate in a timely manner, and it is refreshing to easily reach a real person vs having to go through automated messaging/AI. Downtown Eyes got me through a scary eye infection a couple of years ago during which I felt really supported. I have always gotten an appointment quickly and easily.
