I can’t say enough good things about this office. First, I love that when I call I am greeted by a human. From the moment I spoke with Josh on the phone, I was treated with genuine kindness, professionalism, and a level of compassion that’s hard to find. Josh and the Moss Optical team took the time to listen and made me feel like a valued patient before even having my first appointment. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and truly dedicated to helping patients. It’s clear this practice puts people first. Their willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an eye care team that genuinely cares.

The staff at Moss Optical was amazing with my father! He doesn’t hear real well, but the doctor and staff spoke loud and clear enough that he felt very well taken care of. The shop is clean, modern and very inviting.

I love Moss Optical! The staff are the perfect combo of professional and friendly. Anytime I have questions about glasses or contact lenses, or even bring a pair of glasses in for a quick tightening or other small repair, they are very courteous and accommodating.
