I've been with Doctor Goyal for over 10 years now. He always takes the time to thoroughly explain what he is doing and the results of my examination. The staff has always been wonderful. There have been times where it has taken longer than normal to be seen but most of the time the wait time is reasonable.
First & foremost Dr Goyal to patients are first!! His staff is spot on!! They are very knowledgeable and professional and have great personality. They work well together and have great communication skills. They are always willing to talk listen and help in anyway they can. Dr Goyal is the Best!!! He has the such a warm heart, voice. I was blessed to have him as my Dr!!
Insanely long wait times, have to contact another company to set up a payment plan. Dr. Goyal is nice but I waited over an hour to see him for a follow up.
Sat in waiting room 45 minutes after my appointment time and there were still 2 people ahead of me. I went home 🏡 waste of time.
Dr Goyle and the team at Eye Care Associates are rockstars. I was 90% blind from a misdiagnosed cataract at the ripe old age of 50. Dr. Goyle gave me my sight back in both eyes. I had cataracts in both. The surgery couldn't have been easier as was the recovery. My left eye was just done yesterday but everything looks great.
