I needed a last minute appointment, and the staff was so great when it came to accommodating me. the scheduling process was so easy and they gave me detailed information regarding the whole visit. the girls at the reception were soo sweet and professional!! Maddie did the first half of my exam and Stephanie gave me detailed information regarding my payment!! Dr. Van Nguyen was extremely patient and helpful when explaining to me the results of my eye exam. she was also took time to listen to all of my concerns and was super sweet and understanding when answering my questions !! I can’t wait to pick up my glasses and come back next year for my appointment! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Dr. Van is the best!! I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for about 5 years. I made a crack about how we don’t openly talk about things in my family, much less our medical history. Plus, there was limited record keeping as both of my parents were refugees. She always takes the time to ask questions and then explain what she is looking for - early signs of potential health issues. My vision has always been terrible but consistent for as long as I can remember. She noticed slight changes in my blood vessels and asked about my sleep habits and screen time. I had recently switched jobs - the new role requires much more computer work. She noted eyedrops would help resolve the eye strain and dry eyes. She pays attention! I was traveling for work, when my glasses were ready. It was about almost a week later that I could pick them up. I thought I would swing by quickly but got caught in the FIFA traffic. My mistake - I’m not new here. I called ahead to let the team know I was en route and to ASK if they would still be there. Not only were they able to accommodate my tardiness, they were super friendly about it and asked if I wanted to try on my glasses and offered adjustments. I thanked Brandon and his team, and told them I would come back if necessary. The whole team operates from a place of customer service and care. I can’t recommend them enough.

All the staff were super friendly! Really appreciated Stef at the front desk as well as Maddie the technician who handled our exams. Dr. Nguyen did a thorough job with our eye exams and took the time to explain changes in our vision and making appropriate recommendations for our lenses (due to aging). Picking eyewear was seamless and easy. Great office and awesome staff!

Definitely coming back! Maddie and Steph made sure I was taken care of with a smooth check-in/check-out process, as well as helping to choose the right frames for me! Dr. Nguyen was extremely kind and answered all of my questions, plus recommended some life changing lenses for me! Thank y’all so much!
