I had a really good visit in downtown vision do you have a professional you in on your appointment Time to get you in you’re very professional. Make sure everything that your eyes are working right I’m very pleased and it’s fairly affordable with those that are on Social Security. That need glasses. To give them a A+ for their effort for their time and for their Professionalism
I am very pleased with everyone there! The front desk was quick to check in, everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and things went very smoothly. And the optical department was great! Dr. Angelini was amazing as usual. His exam was very thorough and he addressed all my concerns. I am more than pleased with the staff and Dr. Angelini! Five stars is not enough.
I love this place! I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager and I’m 60 years old now. The team is very committed to offering excellence in optical services and they work well together. They have state-of-the-art equipment which can thoroughly check your vision without dilation. They are also able to cut lenses and put them in your frames on site. That means I don’t have to give up my glasses for two weeks waiting for lenses. They adjust my glasses for free! They are great with my 91 year-old mother. It’s hard for her to get there and so they do everything in one visit, including pre-adjusting her glasses. We both really appreciate that. She’s also been going to Downtown Vision forever! If you want quality, caring eye care, this is the place to go!
All the employees especially to the Doctor's, they are amazing. Dr. Cardona is absolutely intelligent. She's always listened your problems and solve it right away. I love the way she treats a you and take care of you.
Downtown Vision is the best office! From the minute you walk in the door you feel so welcomed. It's a very clean and organized office. The front office staff are so nice. Dr. Troy Ogden is so friendly and makes you feel at ease during your exam. He is the best eye Dr. I have ever had. He is very professional and courteous. He takes his time with you and never rushes your appointment. I was also helped by Hailey, Morgan, and Evelyn who all were very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I have been going to Downtown Vision for years and every time I go there I am so impressed on the level of customer service they provide! Thank you everyone.
