Dr. Mendoza is the best in Reno. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get what I need. Was gonna use my old frames but was cheaper with the new frames than using my old. What a good deal.
I absolutely adore Dr. Mendoza and his entire staff. My entire family (we have a million kids) and I have been going to him for years for glasses and contacts. Most recently I had to bring one of my kids in after she suffered a severe trauma to her left eye because of a softball bat. Not only did Dr. Mendoza and his staff do a huge range of tests on her eyes with all the fancy and most top of the line equipment…he also Took the time to explain what each test was and what he was looking for. I’m so incredibly relieved to know that her eye is okay but I’m also relieved to know what to look for and the questions to ask her if something changes. I’m incredibly lucky to have him on our medical team for our family And also so glad that he takes both Of our health insurance is for our kids being from a local 350 union as well as Medicaid. The office is absolutely gorgeous and looks like something straight out of a set from a movie…and the glasses selection are by farthest the coolest I’ve ever seen. My kids all have different styles and each one of them has found something they love.
I'm very pleased to share this experience at Falcon Vision. My wife and I have been his patient for more than 5 years now and he used to be with Walmart Vision on 2nd street. I'm very proud of Dr. Billy Mendoza for having his own clinic now. Nice location and plenty of parking space , wide open, bright and spacious. Receptionist , optometric assistant and optician were very helpful, nice and easy to talk to. As always, Dr. Mendoza is consistently thorough and honest with his practice. I noticed his new equipments on his eye exams was pretty impressive. Also using their bathroom, it was exceptionally nice and clean👌
Dr. Mendoza and his staff provided me with exceptional care. I was very impressed with the beauty of the clinic and with the state-of-the-art assessment tools that were employed to examine my vision. Dr. Mendoza truly took his time with my care and was a joy to be around. If you're having any sort of vision issues, I would highly recommend Falcon Vision.
Seems like customer service is a thing of the past, but not at Falcon Vision! From making an appointment to checking in and doing the pre-testing, every single employee was extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Mendoza made sure to explain everything in great detail and I will highly recommend him and this office to everyone I know.
