I was having issues with my new glasses. Everyone was wonderful. Dr Shaw took the time to insure my prescription was correct. The technician was great, corrected the frames , twice to insure they were correct. I am to call back in two weeks to let them know things are. I have been a client for years and have always been happy with the service
Been coming here for years. Last year I came to get my glasses was stuck here for 2 hours gave them the benefit maybe they were busy. Today I came again granted I was earlier for my appointment but once my appointment hit still no call back with no other clients in sight. Waited an additional 30 minutes passed and still nothing. How do you have 3 people upfront on their phones doing nothing one of them asking to leave to do homework because there is absolutely no clients. But still couldn't get me called back. Won't be going back.
I've been coming here for 3 or 4 years and it's because of Dr Ching. She's attentive, listens, and makes good suggestions for my vision, both glasses and contacts. They have a good selection of glasses, the staff is polite, and while I've never seen Dr Shah, my wife has and she likes him. Over all a great experience for an eye exam visit.
My mother and I had two concurrent appointments at 10:00 and 10:20. We arrived on time. We weren’t called back for the first part of our exam until 10:45. With other delays, our whole visit was almost three hours. (We did not pay and leave until about 12:55.) I scheduled our appointments in June to avoid the back to school rush. I wonder what the wait time will be like in August. Our technician and doctor were friendly and knowledgeable. We got what we needed, but it took way too much time.
Everyone was so nice and professional from start to finish. They took their time with my son’s eye exam and provided us with a plan based on his individual needs. They explained our benefits with us and what to expect and what’s needed going forward. I really appreciated that as a parent who is not that familiar with this world. Thank you for being kind, patient, and informative!
