After my eye exam was completed, I headed to the Vision Center where I was greeted and assisted to find frames. There is a good selection and I found what I wanted. Staff is efficient and knowledgeable about their product. I found her most helpful. Frames were reasonably priced. I am expecting my new glasses in the next 10 days, which is a good turn around.
Really happy with my visit here. The front desk and technicians were all welcoming and did a great job. They had really high tech stuff for their testing and walked me through my overall eye health. Dr. Koo did a great job with my exam, took her time, explained everything clearly, and I walked out feeling good about my prescription. Good people, nice experience. Highly recommend.
I felt like I had a good vision exam, the doctor & staff were knowledgeable, as well as friendly! The ladies assisted my Granddaughter & myself in selecting frames, after trying on many, for the perfect ones! We enjoyed our time there with Belinda & Roxanne, they made sure everything was the best, to suit our needs! Excellent Customer Service!
Great professionalism and equipment. The high test equipmentwas like different than any other. It seemed more advanced and I recommend to see Roxanne. She’s so helpful and polite and great to talk to. I recommend anybody to see her.
Dr. Koo is a friendly, professional and intelligent individual who puts her patients at ease. She recommends necessary tests that are important in making sure all is well and/or diagnosing a potential problem. She is very thorough and I have never had a problem with any prescription she has given me.
