I have been going to Pearle Vision for over ten years. The service for choosing frames is remarkable. There are many glasses to select. The technician will work with you until you are satisfied with your purchase. No appointment necessary and waiting time is minimal.
I got my glasses at pearl vision, but after getting them home, I realized they weren’t the ones I ordered. I went back n a young man named Brandon waited on me. He listened, help me reorder my glasses, not once , but twice!!! He’s polite, funny, engaging and kind to his customers He’s knowledgeable, and made an aggravating situation, pleasant. I left felt like I mattered!! It was a pleasure meeting and dealing with Brandon, and he’s the real definition of genuine, custom service. Thanks Brandon so much !! You’re a joy rarely found in the world these days , but desperately needed.
My family having been using this place for almost 8 years and we love it. Their customer service is exceptional. Would recommend this place to anyone.
Quite busy, but we still didn't wait long and all customers were happy and not upset or anything like that. I dont feel as if we were rushed while in with the doctor either.
I've been with Pearle Vision for the past five years. I agree with one of the other posters Dr. McKimmie is a delight. She has been my doctor since I started coming to this establishment it is worth the wait, even if it is as long as it is.
