I loved all of my visit! I loved the Dr. He was super nice, walked me through everything and explained everything he saw on the pictures in a way I'd understand. I have diabetes so it was relieving to hear and understand his concerns. The woman who checked me in and did my pre-appt stuff was also really pleasant and great to interact with. Danny at the front desk was great. He was slammed with people checking in, picking things up, picking glasses. There was a wait and he checked in with me multiple times. He helped me pick some fun glasses with personality and understood what I was going for. He wasn't pushy. He was very knowledgeable about everything. I overheard him with others and he was really great at getting down to someone's level and matching their energy. I 100% will continue to come here for my vision needs and have already recommended them to friends.

This team was so productive. So professional. Very mindful. I visited with my busy one year old, every single person greeted us with a smile and great conversation. They make you feel very comfortable and confident. They aren’t just trying to sell you. Everyone helped me throughout my visit and at the end it felt like I was very taken care of, their patience meant the world to me helping me through my appointment time with my daughter. Not many places have patience for kids. Highly would recommend this location every time. Wonderful people. So helpful.

The staff are kind and professional for the most part but the process is so time consuming and frustrating. I've been coming here for a few years for standard eye exams and glasses but literally every single time I've come in ( with a pre-scheduled appointment) they are running and hour or more behind. Every. Time. Even last time I booked an appointment for early morning and I still sat and waited to be seen for over 45 minutes past the appointment time. So far today I've been here for an hour and 30 minutes since my appointment time and still haven't been seen by the virtual provider let alone been able to order my glasses. Respectfully, theres no reason anyone should be waiting this long after their appointment times to be seen.... every time. I've tried different days of the week, different times but good lord. I very kindly asked how much longer It would be because I had another appointment and I was told I just needed to be patient. I am a patient person but it should take hours and hours for a quick exam and to order glasses. Won't be coming back after this time. If they arent respectful of patient's time I'd prefer to go elsewhere.

I wish all employees would be on the same page. I went in for my eye appointment, everything goes great. I asked if I could schedule my 6 year old eye appointment here they said absolutely we take as young as 5. Perfect!! I scheduled her appointment months in advanced only to be called a week before her appointment to be told we only take seven year olds. Please be on the same page and not tell customer's wrong info.

Dr Slack is AMAZING and I had the absolute best customer service experience with Daniel! helped my son find the perfect glasses for his face, eased his nervousness about the dr, and made helpful recommendations. Thank you!
