UPDATE: They are currently in the middle of a remodel, so items are a bit shifted around, but that’s okay because they now have self-checkouts on both sides of the store, just like other local locations. I’m excited to see how much more pleasant the experience will be once the remodel is finished next month! I took my old car battery back to customer service and the lady was nice and refunded me for it!
I’ve shopped at this Walmart for years, and it’s always been a convenient place to get just about everything I need in one trip. The store is usually well stocked, and I can find groceries, household items, and things for my projects without having to stop somewhere else. The employees I’ve interacted with have been friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. Checkout is usually quick, and the store is clean and well organized. Overall, it’s a dependable place to shop, and I’ll keep coming back
Holy crap I can not say how AWFUL the new layout is. Genuinely ruined the shopping experience. The store does NOT flow at all and now there’s huge open spaces in the middle of the floor yet every single shelf is extremely close together ? I will not be going to this location anymore. This was a genuinely horrible horrible decision
Friendly but NOT EFFICIENT or COMPETENT. Came to drive-up/pick-up. Saw that the item I ordered was wrong size (4/5). Told drive-up attendant I needed the size 14/16. She went inside to “look”, came back out 10 minutes later with a “substitute” telling me she “looked everywhere” and they ran out of my specific item size. Being the non-trusting person I am about customer service workers these days; I got out of my car, headed inside to the aisle it says the item is supposed to be in, looked on the rack of the aisle number clearly listed in the Walmart app AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW THERE IT WAS IN THE EXACT SIZE I ORDERED! Moral of the story, if you want something done, you have to do it yourself. Don’t trust what these lazy customer service reps say. Thanks Walmart for wasting an additional 20 minutes of my time with something that could have been accomplished in 5 minutes if done right the first time.
Jackie Bailey trimmed my hair and did a wonderful job. Blew it dry and looked good, went shopping right from my appointment. Will definitely be back to her again( already made the appointment).
