I wouldn’t go anywhere else, they have been so understanding of unique eye conditions . My daughter recommended me to Dr. Hall. She is an so willing to learn about her unique condition. I cannot thank her enough for the above & beyond care she has given to her . Me myself am more of a vanilla kinda patient but she still takes her time with me to explain things to me about my eyes & even took time to talk with me when my A1C was up, how it could effect eyes & different hints & tricks to get it down. I have gotten to a normal level now . Mt eyes look better internally & I’ve lost 25 lbs. TY to all the staff as well for their honesty, knowledge, & politeness.

Dr. Black’s Eye Associates in New Albany, IN does a phenomenal job in the area of customer service. Dr. Hall does an excellent job explaining eye issues in laymen terms and listens to my concerns I highly recommend this office. I live in Louisville, KY and don’t mind driving the distance for quality service. Please check them out for any eye concerns you may have. I am 100% satisfied with their services and will be returning in the future!!!

Dr Hall was very thorough with checking my eyes. She is an excellent doctor. All the staff were very friendly and professional. I’ve been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. I definitely would recommend Dr. Black’s Eye Associates to anyone.

For the past 7 years I have been going to Dr Black I have had cataract surgery and all my experiences have been very satisfying. Whether I go strictly for routine visit or something that needs a little more attention I am delighted with the professional quality and attention I received.

There was a wait today which was highly unusual. The staff and Dr Dankovich both apologized for the wait. The wait doesn’t bother me when I feel like I’m being heard and getting a thorough assessment. If I’d been rushed through my appointment my feelings would have been different.
