Dr. Reynolds has taken excellent care of both me and my wife for years. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about her patients—and she always makes time to answer questions and explain her recommendations. She’s also just fun to be around, which makes every appointment enjoyable. Dr. Reynolds is the most wonderful doctor I have had. It is a joy every year when I go for my appointment. The entire office is also very friendly and helpful. I feel very taken care of while I am here.

My son and i just got our back waxed prior to going on a cruise. Quality father son bonding time. Clean and professionnal workspace with music playing in the background. Overall Bonnie the esthetician was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job. Yeah it hurt a little but she made it as comfortable as possible and did a great job.

Reynolds Family Eye Care is the BEST! I live in Louisville but will always commute to New Albany for appointments with Dr. Reynolds. I recently got a facial done with Bonnie and she was amazing and I plan to get them done frequently. The staff is the best, down to office manager Amy!

I had a great experience on my first visit this week. The experience was a like visiting Chick-fil-A, b/c everyone was friendly, cheerful and showed a patient-first orientation. Dr. Reynolds is equipped with the latest and best equipment and is very thorough in her examination. State of the art equipment and diagnostics are very important to me b/c I have diabetes in my family and count on my eye exam to provide early indications of a problem. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds.
