So I tried to make appointment today. She said that I have to pay 50.00 b4 they see me. Well one of them i was in the hospital and I didn't know they was keeping me So I called that day to cancel.. The other time I'm not sure on bc that was in January last year. Doctor Johnson he's nice. Some of the ladies are too.. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she was going all around from I was asking..I dont care if she was.sitting next you. She should have gotten on the phone.. Ok im done bitching.

After 8 long years of me and my children, and recently my boyfriend seeing Dr Johnson we will no longer be back, I always schedule all of our appointments consecutively on the same day so I don’t have to travel from where I live to Pekin for each appointment. Never have an issue until I called today 3/24/2026 to cancel our appointments due to my kids being sick, I was informed I will have to pay $25 per person before they will schedule with me again and I am no longer aloud to schedule together anymore they will have to do separate days. I was very taken back as I’ve never had to cancel our family’s appointments before and have never experienced something like that here. Very sad to cut ties as we’ve been loyal patients of his. I guess the ego and greed are more important than his patients. Won’t be recommending this place anymore to any one looking for an eye doctor. :(

Dr Johnson is the best! He provides top notch eye care and I wouldn’t trust my vision to anyone else! His office staff are very friendly and provide great care as well. His office is very efficient and they are usually on time with their appointments. I could not more highly recommend Dr Johnson if you are needing an eye care provider.

Needed a new eye doctor for my husband and I. My daughters both recommended Dr. Johnson. He is very thorough with his exam and explanation of the findings! His staff is terrific, friendly and professional. I’ll be staying with this doctor.
