I don’t know what these other reviews are talking about, because this office is AMAZING. The staff here works with what they have and they do it extremely well every single person is kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care about their patients and each other. Honestly, all the negative reviews are nonsense. This is one of the best eye doctor experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommend. I have been a patient here since 2011!!

Amazing care!!!! This office is hands down all together the best, most respectful, professional, and reliable! Every staff member at this office is very helpful and ACTUALLY cares about their patients. They follow through with what they say they will do and go above and beyond! This office and Dr. Colletto’s care helped my son get what he needed for military clearance and he will now be serving in the US Navy thanks to their awesome care! 😁

Save your time and your money. I called in needing a simple DMV vision form completed, something South Carolina only requires having been within the past 3 years. This office refused unless I scheduled and paid for another appointment I do not need. They lost my entire household as patients today. Then I asked for my medical records so I could take my care somewhere that actually respects patients. They wanted $35 per chart and tried to pressure me into paying over the phone. When I said I needed the records today, the response from Haley was no promises, maybe 24 hours. Then the office manager bumped it to 48. Medical records belong to the patient. Charging predatory fees and slow-walking the release when someone is trying to leave your practice tells you everything about how this office operates. The DMV form refusal is a billing strategy dressed up as policy. Find a provider who is not running their front desk like a toll booth.

Can't believe I didnt listen to the other low reviews. I left palmetto eye for this? Doctor was good. Issue started with "finding" glasses. Just look at the wall and choose. Having never needed glasses before and trying to choose, a little help would be good. Sorry your chair was more important. First time patient and won't be back. Need glasses or eyes checked, listen to the other reviews and choose someone else.
