Took my mother to see Dr. Cates because she was not having any luck with optometrist and ophthalmologist for her vision needs. My mother was out of work for three years due to her inability to see well (she's an RN). Dr. Cates was so kind and patient when she was examining my mother and was able to prescribe her glasses and some additional visual aid so she can go back to work force. She's really a life saver. Anyone who needs a low vision optometrist should visit her.
Dr. Cates is truly a blessing to all she works with!! She is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and is all about helping you to see your best!! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience yesterday. You truly touched our hearts yesterday!
