Dr Donna Belcher OD

I really like Dr. Belcher and staff; professional and friendly. I am unsure what is going on this year. I never had issues previously. This year 2 months without my new glasses. Excuse after excuse about the “lab”. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I really liked the doctor. I was questioning my decision but finally got my glasses.

I did like the doctor herself but it has now been 4 weeks since the exam and there are still no signs of my glasses. It turns out this office sends the frames and prescription to GREEN BAY for processing. Is there no lab anywhere in Florida? If I ever do get the glasses I will not be going back.

Visiting from out of state and ripped my contacts which are monthly’s. The associate running the office is 4th generation and was amazing and friendly. They helped me get my prescription faxed over from Minnesota and sent me home with a trial pair and some solution to get me through until I can get back. Saved my life thank you so much!

This was my first visit to this store. I picked up my new glasses today and absolutely love them! Dr. Belcher is extremely thorough! She worked with me to get the right subscription that works for me. The gentleman in the store are very informative and helpful! I will never go to a chain eye glass store again! I’m going to switch my husband to them as well. Oh and the prices are competitive with the chain stores. Thank all of you so much!

Dr. Belcher was wonderful. We saw her in Daytona. It was our first appointment to have our daughter's eyes check. She made us feel very comfortable and took extra time with us. It was a wonderful experience even though we did find out she was going to need glasses.
