It’s been a few years. . . Dr Le really impressed me for how friendly he and his staff were. *Then*. We found a small issue in one eye that other doctors had missed. Just a wonderful experience in a great eye doctor.

I had a great experience with Dr. Lee's office today. I took my mom and myself for exams. His staff was friendly as can be. My mom was getting an eye exam and new glasses. They took great care of her. I had to get an exam myself and it was also my first time being fitted for contacts. Fast, efficient. Dr. Lee's assistant was super friendly and funny. Dr. Lee was great and he and his assistant took great care. I was nervous about getting contact lenses. But they made the process easy and now I can see so much better. Thank you for your fantastic customer service. Sean and his mom, Helen.
I’ve used this office in the past and the doctor was decent but never on time. More recently, the front staff is rude and lazy. They called me asking for my updated vision insurance. I provided the information and she had no idea what she was talking about regarding the use of blue cross blue shield vision insurance. (One of the largest medical insurance providers in the country) I explained that I could provide her my member ID number and she could confirm the coverage. She began to argue with me that she would have to have me show the card to the doctor. I then asked her if she could confirm before the appointment that they will accept my insurance which she refused to do. Any other office I’ve been to simply takes the member ID # and name of the insurance and calls the company to confirm your coverage. This office is also listed as accepting blue cross blue shield on blue cross blue shield VISION website. It was easier making an appointment with the eye doctor up the road and the staff wanted to be helpful.
I travel for work and I'm rarely home. For convenience while traveling, I setup an appt for an eye exam to purchase safety glasses which are required PPE for my job. The staff is nice and capable, but it's the follow up that angers me. I keep getting marketing emails and there is no means of Unsubscribing in the email, which is a violation of the CAN-SPAM act. They instruct you to call and people on their spam list should not have to go through this. I viewed their website for an email to inform them that I wanted my email address removed from their marketing list, there is none. I'm debating reporting this to the FTC. According to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), civil penalties of up to $51,744 apply for each separate email in violation. So if you decide to use this facility, you might want to make sure they remove your name before you leave the office or resign yourself to taking YOUR time to call their office.
I went to see Dr.Eric Le for an eye exam in February of 2018 and It was a great experience. I called this year, as they started lifting the Pandemic "stay at home" orders, because I knew I needed to renew my prescription. My experience with Gabby over the phone was so horrible, rather than book the appointment I figured I would just go somewhere else. It's a shame, because I liked Dr. Le. However, Gabby sounded like she truly just didn't care whether I came in or not, and sounded annoyed when I asked how appointments were being handled because of the pandemic. Best of luck.
