Exceptional experience at Landa Eye Center! Dr. Alvarez is wonderfully knowledgeable, thorough, & truly takes the time to explain everything clearly. The office itself is beautiful, classy, & equipped w/ state-of-the-art technology. Combined w/ a friendly, highly professional staff, I couldn't have asked for a better appointment. 5 stars all around!

Great experience. Had gone to Austin to an eye clinic for more than 25 years. My doctor retired so I started looking for a clinic here in New Braunfels. This was my third clinic, but my search is now over. The staff was polite, friendly and efficient. The doctor was not only efficient, but made me feel at home. I recommended them to my wife who now has an appointment later this month.

Although my gps guided me to the wrong office, the receptionist helped me obtain an exam. From that point everything went smoothly. I was tested by a very competent and friendly person. The Doctor was very helpful and professional. She was also good to look at.

Dr. Alvarez was amazing! He listened to all of my concerns and set me up with a new prescription. The office at River Chase had a great atmosphere and the entire staff was very welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful appointment!

I had an appointment this morning at Landa Eye Center and arrived a little early. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted, checked in, and seated within 2 minutes. Even with one other patient ahead of me, I was taken back ahead of schedule. The staff was thorough and demonstrated a deep knowledge of the various machines they use to ensure a comprehensive eye exam. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and beautifully decorated. I appreciated seeing the staff actively cleaning the equipment after each use, taking their time to ensure hygiene and safety. Once I was placed in an exam room, the wait was minimal—less than 3 minutes before my doctor came in. He was extremely thorough, explained everything in detail, and patiently answered all my questions. The service was efficient yet never felt rushed. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend Landa Eye Center for all your optometry needs. Pros: Friendly and efficient staff. Minimal wait times. Thorough eye exams with advanced equipment. Clean, hygienic, and well-maintained clinic. Cons: No notable cons from my visit, though some patients may prefer a larger waiting area if it gets busy.
