Excellent customer service! Kathy and Grace quickly fixed a missing screw on my sunglasses, even though I didn’t purchase them there. They were friendly, helpful, and even cleaned my glasses before handing them back. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at Dr. Holbert’s office! Brianna helped me with getting my glasses and made the whole process so easy. She explained everything really well, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options🙂She was so sweet, patient, and genuinely kind, and she made me feel really comfortable the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about helping people and wants them to leave happy and confident with their glasses. Dr. Holbert’s office definitely picked the right person to be an optician!
