Came in today and got a new pair of glasses! Natalie who helped me was amazing! She gave me good pointers tips and help me pick that a frame that fit with my face structure. Great customer service and very helpful. I found a new place where I'll be getting my glasses forever. Thank you.

I took my mom to Image Eyecare and I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience. My mom has dementia,which can make appointments challenging,but the entire staff was incredibly patient,kind and understanding from start to finish. They treated her with such compassion and respect,taking the time to make sure she felt comfortable and at ease.The doctor went above and beyond to provide excellent care,explaining everything clearly and showing genuine concern for her well-being . It meant so much to me to see my mom treated with such dignity and kindness.I’m very grateful for the level of care we received and would highly recommend this office to anyone,especially those caring for loved ones with special needs. Staff was pleasant and professional. I was called for a reschedule and able to get an appointment at a good time. The exam was quick and easy, the place is clean and well kept, and the doctor did a great job showing and explaining results. The only downside to this place is that the lobby door stays locked, apparently as a result of thefts, so you have to call the office to be allowed in. I don’t blame them for that problem, this is a busy intersection with a lot of traffic and homeless around, but it is an inconvenience.
I had such a positive experience at Image EyeCare. From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism, kindness, and I received the highest quality of care. The thorough eye exam really gives me peace of mind. Everyone who works there is well trained and personable. I also like their security/safety protocol. I recommend Image EyeCare to people of all ages. My entire family goes there and they have helped us with our eye issues consistently.
