Came here because I needed a 2nd opinion in regards to a surgery Incision. Usually other specialty Require a Referral blah blah and make a big deal about it (Referral). I had no time to get a Referral and was seen here quick and easy. Got that 2nd opinion no hassle. No long wait- no long wait for appointment.
Dr Clark has great bedside manners if he was a phd in a hospital or where ever he is at ? No improvement needed and i will never forget how pleasant and kind you where during my optical exam back in the late 90s in Oakhurst Ca i will never forget that great comfortable experience thank you thank you Dr Jack Clark 👍👍👍👍
I had the worst experience over the phone, the person who answered my call completely ignored me and said "hold on, I'm talking to someone" in a very rude matter. When I was explaining what I needed she continued to interrupt me. I was helping a Spanish speaker who is a mutual patient. Mutual patient said she has received the worst treatment/service there. I would leave a name but the receptionist did not even give me a name when answering the call.
Excellent optometrist! Pleasant atmosphere. Office personnel very pleasant and accommodating.
