Fogg Remington Eyecare

I went in to try and get some glasses. The young lady who helped me seemed like she wasn’t in the mood to help. Maybe a bad day? Idk but she didn’t seem to care much. I couldn’t get the glasses that day, I asked if I could essentially have the order set and call back later in the week to pay and have them ordered. She didn’t even bother listening and just said nothing could be done that day and just come back when I’m ready. Ended up going to a different location down the street who was able to help me. Maybe a bad day but not the customer/patient service one would expect from a Fogg Remington location.

I had the pleasure of Jocelyn assisting my daughter for glasses. I couldn't have had a better experience. Patient, courteous, and very helpful. My daughter didn't know what she really wanted, so Jocelyn took her time explain and showed she different types of styles that would look good on her. She found the pair and is beyond excited for them to come in.. Thank you very much Jocelyn

I had 2 pterigyium surgeries with Dr Fogg the 1st one was great! On the 2nd one, my left eye was left with a deep scar damaged on my cornea I’m deeply sad about it! Administration didn’t want to see me anymore cause of my insurance! They directly didn’t charged right to my insurance, I was left without an eye Dr just right a month after my surgery! I wouldn’t go back to this place! My left eye is now foggy😢there is nothing I can do a specialist on cornea just told me a day ago!!!!

Jocelyn was excellent at helping me get the perfect frames and lenses. Dr. Allison Kendal is very thorough and knowledgeable. Great place for your eye care!

Amazing staff and great doctor. Definitely recommend parents to take your children here. The staff there was AMAZING and overall supportive and helpful. Thank you thank you thank you!
