Everyone was wonderful. It was a very relaxing and informative visit. Dr Jackson showed me my retinal scan and explained my eye health to me. That was very cool. He was very patient as I was trying to put on contacts. J'nel was very easy to talk to and informative when picking out my frames. She explained the difference in the transition lenses very clearly in a way that anyone would understand. As well as when fitting me for the new frames. This was a GREAT experience and I think I've found my regular eye doctor.

I have been going to this practice for years and am now looking for a new eye doctor. The front desk support is terrible. I had a recent eye exam and travel frequently for work, unfortunately I needed adjustments to my prescription. The front desk staff are unable to answer a question during the day and due to turnover if you have any problems you are waiting days for a call back. This office is not good with follow up, if they get it right the first time you’re good, if you need adjustments good luck-

Dr. Jackson is extremely thorough and so sweet. I have been fortunate enough to have him as my eye doctor for the past 20 years and I would highly recommend him!!

I had my first eye exam for a new pair of glasses with Dr. Jay Jackson in Savannah,Ga. After the exam, a staff member provided very friendly and helpful advice. They also offer frames for those on a budget—which was exactly what I was looking for.
