Great people. Brittanie, and Ms. Van (from a previous visit) are absolutely top notch with customer service. What a refreshing experience to walk into a retail store and NOT be made to feel unimportant. Best experience EVER for glasses! My "go to" place for Eyewear and contacts.

Dr. Jackson is always thorough, taking time to listen to any concerns or questions. He discusses the exam results and is infinitely patient in finding the contact lenses that best suit my needs. The staff is helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, providing excellent guidance in the choice of lenses and frames. My favorite place for eye exams, contact lenses, and glasses. I highly recommend them based on 10 years of excellent experience with them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have used this LensCrafters location for 2 years now with no issues aside from extreme slowness. Dr. Jay Jackson definitely has Asperger or some social anxiety disorder rather diagnosed or undiagnosed, acts nervous and mumbles a lot. But today he must have forgotten his medication. Following my 12 year old’s eye exam, I proceeded to ask my son a question regarding his vision. Dr. Jackson rudely interrupted my son’s response, and raised his mumbly voice to ask if I’d heard his diagnosis and proceeded to repeat what he’d already told me before storming out of the exam room to retrieve my son’s prescription. After Dr. Jackson’s tantrum, I was able to again ask my Son the question I intended, and received the answer that only he could have given me, since they’re his eyes after all. My son even picked up on Jackson’s tone and interruption and asked if everything was alright. Typically Dr. Jackson is meh pleasant, but his behavior this morning was downright disgusting. I’m not paying to be disrespected. I will continue to use LensCrafters ONLY because their frame selection is unmatched. However, I will not return to this location. Hope his day gets better…

After leaving a wonderful review ,I now find I was misled by the staff Benji ,blonde lady at the desk both promised my new glasses before the 9th now I find out from a very unpleasant lady on the phone it takes 7 10 days if i had known that I would have gone somewhere else. DR JAY I'm very disappointed. I may have to void this sale with my credit card since I'm unable to trust your establishment

Janelle and Benji were both really lovely! I felt very welcome from the moment I stepped in the store. Even though it was less than an hour before close they still treated me extremely warm and did not rush me at all. Benji quickly helped me set up an account and offered to give me a second opinion on any glasses I liked! I was just browsing around for a pair to get an idea of what I wanted so I didn’t purchase any yet but it was a great experience! - Abby
