It was first time there and when I walked in, I was greeted right away. The staff was very polite and professional. Broke down the prices for me. It was super simple and easy process. I had my old glasses for 3 years and one of the screws fell out( I held it together with a staple) they replaced the screw. Super happy and grateful will be referring them to my friends

I recently purchased two pairs of glasses. I love the glasses. I was told before leaving that anytime I need an adjustment to come into the store. A few days later I needed an adjustment on one pair. Upon arrival to your store I was told that the person that does the adjustments was off for the day. I had to come back the following day. I had to get a ride. It was an inconvenience How is it that you only have 1 person trained to make adjustments? Don't say 'you can come back ANYTIME for an adjustment' when THAT PERSON only works certain days! People could come from out of town JUST for that purpose & no one is available? These days no one wants to waste time or money. If an associate is there to assist the customer they should be trained in all aspects related to that particular job!
I paid $200 for eyeglasses and I still can't see out of them. The eye tech did not put my glasses on my face to measure them, she measure them by looking into them with her own eye. 😠 I took them back and she adjusted them but that still didn't work, I still can't see out of them. They are very blurry. I will NOT be going back to them anymore. Terrible service !
They have tricare insurance listed on their site as a form of insurance they take. I am aware that it is based on location. Because of that, I called first to make sure and they confirmed that they do. I arrived for my appt only for them to tell me i would have to pay out of pocket. Just a little frustrating when I missed work for the appt after they confirmed they take my insurance when they dont so just a warning for any military or anyone nearby who has tricare since this office is right outside a military base in a military town.
I believe the only positive experience I had was with the lady who opened the store and helped me at first (I didn't get her name) and who was patient with both me and my sensitive eyes. I firstly expected to walk into a doctors office with an actual person, but I was greeted by a man on a TV, who messed up my prescription. I was not able to see in the glasses I received, which not to mention I paid way more than the advertised price. When I called up there about it, all I get is a "so come in" with an attitude. The lady who told me that continued to stank eye me for the entire time I was there after going back. I get called to come get my eyes examined again and when I take a seat, I get told to go back in the lobby and she don't need me to sit in front of her. The second virtual lady, finally got my prescription correct and when I get called again, it's to tell me I shouldn't have picked plastic lens, even though I was never given the option to choose otherwise. Thank you to the opener lady who was so patient with me, and seemed to also be fed up with the other employees as well.
