This store has issues keeping basic items on the shelves like Milk and other necessities which should always be available. I have not been able to find chocolate milk in over a month with multiple trips a week. Often No Milk at all in the cooler. Other items are the same results too many to list but it is vast. Also you can use the app which will tell you an item is in stock travel to the store and the Item will not be in stock even when the STORES employees check their inventory it says Item is in stock but it is not even after employees check the back room, The electronics manage will divert the employee whobis trying to assist you then he gets RUDE when 20 minutes later you ask him if he knows where the employee might be he immediately lies and says she couldn't find your item and he doesn't even know what Item you are looking for.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced in my 55 years of life. They make a pricing error and instead of honoring it and apologizing. I’m threatened and mocked and told to leave. When all I asked calmly was for store manager to honor their mistake. They refused to get me a manager and demanded I leave the store. This store needs some serious help. They have zero customer service skills. This type of stuff would never have happened in my 30+ years in management.
I had trouble trying to load photos. I asked an associate a few times for help. I still couldn't get the 7 or 8 photos I needed. I finally said out loud that I needed help!! Finally an older man came over and I finally got to a screen that I was familiar with. I then was told it might be up to an hour . I said it hasn't printed anything out, noone is here, haven't heard it printing since I got here. We'll what do u know, my photos were done. I don't like when associates act perturbed when you ask for help!!
Usually very clean and organized, especially since the remodel and can always find what I'm looking for the majority of the time, but inventory can be lopsided during certain times of the month. Don't know if it's a pattern or not, but sometimes the shelves just seem a lot more empty but the majority of time it's well stocked.
Things are easily found here. Everything I and my family need is available here. The parking is also very large. The staff members are very friendly.
