Dr. Joels Family Eye Care

I've been a customer for over 15 years, and my family as well- but I think its time to part ways. Although some provider's have changed, the office staff are long-time employees and I believe they don't love their job anymore. Kindness and patience are free, they should practice this.

I love this place! I was here 20 years ago when I initially needed glasses for a few years. Met my husband and recommended him to go there. He loves it. And now, due to my age, I needed to get glasses again and I see it is still as welcoming and professional as when I first came here. Quite a few changes in the place but everything is still so amazing!

This used to be a wonderful and caring place. I guess the change in availability of qualified staff is at an all time low. When you make a appointment, leave work to show up for your appointment, that you waited weeks for, and someone forgot. No empathy, no concern or consideration for long standing patients. Two stars because the providers are actually good.

The manager is VERY RUDE! Was trying to get an appointment for months, been without my glasses for months. My appointment comes and goes I'm usually on top of putting things in my calender I must've missed it been dealing with a lot of personal things anywho I received no reminder text/ email just a missed appointment so I go online and reschedule a few hours later I get a call saying it was a glitch and they don't have anymore appointments for that day. I couldn't do the next available day due to me working so I said this is an inconvenience and he then goes on to say he's doing me a favor and I'm so many words tried to say me booking online while it was glitching was my fault. His attitude was disgusting nobody in management should behave the way he was on that phone. Been going to this place for years I bet they won't see another dime of my money

I Love this office staff is nice, and professional wait time is not long your in and out. I highly recommend this office.
