My experience was far from what the good reviews on Google suggested. Not interested in going back and would not recommend this location to anyone. Pros: Unsure (easy booking online?) Cons The downtown location does not offer any parking options Very outdated equipment and disorganized office Optometrists who do not really care about their patients Overpriced exam fee They do not answer the phone (tried 10+ times to get hold of someone before and after my visit without any luck; left a voice message asking for a return call, still no response; saw the office phone was left off the hook, meaning they are not interested in answering or returning your call; good luck with getting hold of someone in the office).

I am embarrassed to say I left my former doctor to come to this establishment. The rest of the staff are amazing and the location manager is top notch but Ana is in the wrong field. For her to be the first face you see when coming in is mind blowing. Her behavior is dismissive and her attitude is simply distasteful. She brings the energy down tremendously. Hopefully this behavior changes and fast!!

Can call and leave messages for 2 2 weeks anytime I need to contact them I have to go in person to the front desk just chitchatting together, I'm not a karen enjoy your place of work but I shouldn't have to come down and lead to dead end call after dead end call to no call backs just to come in and see staff relaxing. It doesn't feel like a place id recommend to someone that would need any urgent appointments or contact. This is crazy and I'd hate this to be a family members doctor who either can't have their own transportation or needs consistent care. I'm a new client and this was only first of 2 FIRST occurrence my delivery address for address was incorrect and had to go in office for a confirmation of address delivery and it matched the ones I listed upon new patient paperwork. Now it's been 2 weeks , no email updates, no call backs, I don't even know if my 300$ glasses I purchased myself are on the way or there. Ridiculous for the MONTH waiting for the appointment and spending hard earned cash for an item that made me feel cute while giving me theblessing of being able to see properly.... Got my eye prescription and once I get my glasses I'll be taking my future care with another provider that will take my concerns questions and needs with proper hospitality and timely manners

My mom goes here to get her glasses and I take her. The staff is always really nice. The doctor is very personable, has amazing. Bedside manner.I love going here.We'll always take my mom back

I had just purchased the perfect prescription glasses that fitted me really nicely rushing on my way to work, left them on the city bus brand new pier went back to royal vision, and they gave me a second pair for half price. I was so grateful for them for stepping in and helping me see the rest of my day clearly. Thank you royal vision!;
