i do not keep glasses in all colors, shapes and sizes. I have a couple of standard looks and Warby Parker has them in stock. Shopping on a Saturday morning was an enjoyable experience particularly with the Sean, the optometrist. I expected salesperson but was impressed with this eye professional. I recommend everyone who needs glasses, with or without insurance go to WP where most frames are $95. roslyn
Was the best. Employee was exceptional she helped my father so very nice and didn't judge him in anyway. He is 70.and she made him feel so comfortable with everything seeing how things r different now than when he use to get glasses. He was wearing the wrong prescription for years and she made him feel so much better
I went in to see what type of frames best fit my face. An associate by the name of Gabby immediately introduced herself as I walked in and asked if I needed assistance. I took her offer and she was able to pull several frames that I could choose from and we were able to narrow it down very quickly. She was very nice, and efficient. I had no idea what the name of my vision insurance was and she was able to quickly look that up for me as well. She informed me of the benefits that was offered to me through my insurance and submitted my insurance claim for me. I had a great experience and the process was very smooth.
Bought my 4th pair of glasses at Warby Parker today (hey, I wear them every day -- I need options!) and I LOVE the funky red frames I chose. So excited to get them. The store's staff is uniformly friendly and helpful, even in this generally busy shop. The prices are fair and the quality is great. I'm a fan!
