Dr John Molinario OD Next To Walmart

This doctor is unaccountable, hard to get ahold of, and loves to argue versus find solutions. The doctor gave me a sample prescription and ordered a sample prescription that he felt would be better. I told the doctor the first sample is better and not the one he ordered. He charged me and won’t give me my prescription for the first sample and says it’s not accurate but I am telling him I can see. He has lost his mind. Find a real doctor. Not a psychopath. He wants to me to repay for a contact fitting that he fitted 6 months ago. Fraud. Go somewhere else.

Refused to tell me my prescription because it will expire in a little under 4 months from now. Then he lost his temper yelling on the phone when I persisted. I'm writing a review because this is the second time he got unnecessarily upset. Really disappointed in Walmart vision center for partnering with this guy

Great optometrist. Nice and friendly and got me my contacts within 10 days and saved me money getting a less expensive but still high quality brand!

Dr John Molinario is the most inappropriately rude doctor, I've ever met. Upon reading the letters for my eye exam, he would say things like, "Would you just pick a letter already?", "You're just making this difficult.", and "Quit stalling and just say a letter." among many other things. I work in the medical field. I work with doctors every single day. I even used to work at an eye center. Never in my life, let alone my career, have I met a doctor as unprofessional as that man. I finally raised my voice a little and asked if he like me to go somewhere else. At that point he realized I was livid, and he tried to backpedal. His entire demeanor and voice changed. He even tried using endearments, like "kiddo", which only made me madder. It was absolutely condescending. I've told everyone I know not to go to him and to tell everyone they know to never go to him. Yes, I've even told the docs that I work with, including the eye docs. That man needs to be fired.
