I want to say first off my bad review is not towards the associates in the Walmart. The associates themselves are very nice. However the doctor himself is an issue. I found Dr. Molinario to be very rude. I came here because I thought it would be cheaper than where I normally go but I’ll never know because he wouldn’t give me a new prescription. He gave me attitude the whole time and basically said that because I couldn’t give him a quick answer about what I thought was better between the lenses he didn’t bother changing my prescription and said that my eyes were fine since it seemed like I couldn’t tell the difference and was indecisive. When honestly, the equipment is crap and old and I could not tell the difference, it genuinely looked bad for me both ways. I have always had a hard time switching between my eyes and getting them to focus so he just made me feel bad and frustrated. It also didn’t help that he shakes and he’s holding onto the machine with the lenses so that also did not help me as he’s basically shaking the machine while I’m trying to look through it. He’s not a very good doctor in my opinion. I just felt rushed and that I was just a waste of time to him and he was trying to push me out the door. Anyways, I would suggest only going here for frames as the single associate they seem to have in the walmart itself is very nice not the actual doctor for an eye exam. I went to America’s Best instead and got the help I needed and got my new eye prescription through them.

Had a great experience at the time of getting my glasses. Unfortunately I was told I could upgrade my lenses with no price increase with my insurance. Afterwards i received a bill because this ended up not being true. Pretty disappointed that i was upsold under the presumption it wouldn’t cost me, only to find out later it would.
The place is nice and the employees are great, however the doctor always has an attitude and will complain if you ask to go from one set to another just to actually see what visual is best for me. He states that he will not go back and to prety much stick with the option he gives you. Thats not a good eye doctor at all.
Dr. Baatz was very nice and knowledgeable when i went in for my eye exam. I really want to thank Conner and Angelica for helping me with my 1st pair of glasses. Conner was very helpful and really helped me find great frames. Angelica was able to help find me and my insurance that was put into the computer using the wrong name. Thanks for making the finding glasses trip very easy and fun.
Flo and Suzy are the best. Flo did an amazing job with tracing my Ray Ban Meta Glasses. These two are very knowledgeable and pleasant.
