I’m sorry but this place has the WORST customer service. Their optometrist decided to whip out her phone and scroll TikTok instead of answering my question about the paperwork proceeding to ignore me about it completely. The older lady at the optical part was rude when I called and unwelcoming in person. She almost refused us saying our health insurance wouldn’t work there until I made her look it up in front of us. I constantly had to correct her on my insurance social and birthdate because she kept writing it down incorrectly. And when billing came she added on a protection plan without asking that I later had to go and get a refund for. They’re super unprofessional and I will NOT be returning.

I will never use the Sams Club optical department ever again. I will also encourage friends, family and anyone interested in going for eye exams to go somewhere else. To begin, the Optician is extremely condescending and does not explain his process. He is best suited to be a mortician. There are two women that work here. Peggy and Dana. Peggy is very friendly and helpful. Dana on the other hand is the complete opposite, she reminds me of an old racist alcoholic. Dana and the optician are probably related since they have the same attitude. No customer service skills, not friendly at all. Anyway, STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I would recommend using somewhere more professional.

I will never use Sam’s Club optical again. We had to get new lenses for our sons glasses and both women who work in the optical at the Greeley location were so rude to my husband and I simply because we weren’t wearing masks. They had helped us before Covid and were nice and now they’re just rude and condescending. I would never recommend them to family or friends.

Bill, Peggy and Dana are all friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and helped me with picking out a frame. Sam’s club progressives lenses are top notch.
