I've called multiple times on multiple days to no answer. (During "service" hours) I've left voice messages to no response. I've held off on writing this review because I had been going to this office recently and had tried to give it a chance. Just know if you continue with this optometrist office they will be unresponsive. To the point where you have to advocate for yourself to be seen at all.
Had an appointment at 10:15, office was closed and phone went straight to voicemail. Never use this place!!!
First time here and I was cared for with attention and courtesy. The receptionist was very helpful in setting up my appointment and checking me in. Dr. Joseph Costa is really nice and thorough with his examination. He made me feel comfortable and I left knowing my eyes were properly assessed.
Dr. Costa and his staff have served my family since 1990 with excellent care. They are professional, responsive and supportive to our needs. The fact that Dr. Costa has been a faithful and steady health provider in East San Jose is a testament of his loyalty to provide quality service to the families in East Side.
