Called to set up an appointment. Apparently I am not allowed to set up an appt because I confronted staff on not giving me my prescription. Too funny lol. Then they tried to lie and said they had proof of emails going out. Which is a lie. I recieved 1 email after recomplaining on not getting my info sent to me. Weird.. they act as if they are the only option near me for an exam to be done. They just hold no accountability over their lazy staff.

My glasses frames were broke when they sent them in to get new lenses. The only solution offered was to buy a new pair of frames from them at full price. When I asked if there was anything they could do to help me the sales associate got nasty with me. She told me that if I don’t like it I should go find a new eye doctor. I will be taking her advice and relaying it to all my friends and family.

I went in because I knew I had a retina tear. The eye doc looked over the x-rays and told me I didnt but I was welcome to come back in a month and do a check up. A month later I went back and did x-rays again I asked her what the black spot was on the picture. She told me it was probably a glitch in the camera.. she then compared with the month before. That glitch was a tear in my retina. She told me to go to a specialist or be seen by emergency room right away.. I had to get eye lazer for the tear and I had floaters so bad I had to have a surgery to have those all removed.. needless to say I will NOT be going back there!!!

I was reffered here by a friend after being on a waiting list for Napoleon Family Vision for over a year! The staff here is incredibly friendly and nice. The doctor is very nice. She was very thorough with my child's eye exam and actually gave me answers! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
