Dr. Mark A. Jaynes OD

My first visit with Dr. Jaynes was great. He was efficient, informative & very professional, but gave the visit a personal, down home feeling as well. His staff were very friendly, courteous, & helpful also. If it offered, I'd rate it a "10". I've found a great Dr. to take care of my eyes.

I had the pleasure of visiting with Dr. Mark Jaynes and his office staff yesterday. It was a very different experience than your average trip to the optometrist; it felt more like a visit with friends. I was treated with actual KINDNESS from everyone there, from the receptionist who greeted me as I walked in from the rain, to the Dr. himself, who I found to be an absolute delight! He was very friendly and PATIENT, and didn't try to rush me thru the exam or act impatient when it took me a few extra minutes, which means ALOT. 🐦 I'm bad at names, but his son-in-law was also extremely helpful; I LOVE that family works there together! He was training a new technician who was absolutely lovely, too! 🌸 They were both very friendly and especially helpful when I picked out my glasses; they offered suggestions, pointed out pros and cons, and once I narrowed it down to 3, the glasses we all agreed on was actually not the most expensive pair! But I felt neither pushed nor pressured, only ASSISTED, which is a HUGE difference than most optometrist offices. 🦋 I highly recommend a trip to see Dr. Jaynes. Although the office is lovely and beautifully decorated, you're not going to find a huge, brand-new office with chandeliers and museum art pieces, BUT.. you also won't be left in the lobby for half an hour waiting for the next avaliable optometrist, who's rushing thru an appointment trying to get to you to make their quota, then rushing thru YOU to take the next one, and you sure won't have any hardball salesman trying to push you to buy a more expensive pair of glasses than your budget allows.. because someone has to pay for those museum pieces. 🤨 I have my husband an appointment set up for next week. ✨️ 👓

Great people. Great service and nice office. Dr Jayne’s is extremely knowledgeable . He has stood the test of time as an eye dr here in white pine and a respected resident of Jefferson county. Sid Fannon

Both my boys needs eye exams and ended up needing glasses , mark and his staff were all very patient with my boys as they are little younger. 10/10 would recommend

Absolutely the most pleasant Dr office I've been to in years. Dr. Jaynes also treats my 7 year old grandson. He loves all of them. Entire staff is professional and friendly. Recommend them 100 times over.
